Genie

Abergavenny Pantomime Company is the oldest Pantomime Company in Wales and was established back in 1932, which was known before then as ‘The Holy Trinity Company’. Its main aim is to perform a traditional pantomime in order to raise money for local charities. Our pantomimes are generally performed during half-term week in February each year.

Our latest production: Treasure Island

Treasure Island - the 2010 production by Abergavenny Pantomime Book tickets on - line at the Borough Theatre, Abergavenny

THE SWASHBUCKLING PANTO! Monday 15th February to Saturday 20th February, 2010.

Set in the days of sail ships and pirates, Treasure Island tells of the adventures of Jim Hawkins and his search for the buried treasure of the notorious pirate Captain Flint. This hit production features a truly astounding set – the near full-size deck of a sailing ship, colourful costumes, up-to-date chart songs and dance routines and gallons of audience participation.

At the Inn, is an absent guest, a victim of the "Black Spot" or something to do with the sighting of an ugly one-legged pirate? Heaving chests, a secret map, beards, and a seafaring yarn make up this traditional pantomime for all the family. Bring the family along for some half term 'Yo Ho Ho'.

At matinee performances children are invited to attend in fancy dress.

Click here to purchase your tickets on-line from the Borough Theatre or book by 'phone from the Box Office on (01873) 850505.
